Notes on Radio
Radio stations must abide by rules and regulations of OFCOM where community radio station like "Sheffield live" must provide content for the benfit of the community where they must be for non profit and be on a small sace where they rely on volunteers to help out.
Sheffield Live is an example of a community radio statio whch doesn't have many adveets and play what the communiy want to hear with the adverts being played for local businesses to help them gain more customers. It has a few volunteers who help out there with the station distributing to a small audience but it isn't like stations like Capital FM which is a commercial radio statio which is createn purely for profit.
In the studio software is used like Cubase and Adobe audtion
A mixer is what is used to store jingles and can control volumes of songs
What to look for when analazing a radio station : Guests, Jingles, conversational and music which are all important because they make up a radio show

Pre production - Meeting plan, producer, running order, DJ, rules and regulations
Production - Hardware and software what is used: Soundbooth, adobe audtion, cubase and pre recorded / live recordings
Post production - Software and hardware : Cubase, pre recorded sound, Adobe audition and soundbooth
